1. Nature of the Service

MedAnswer AI is an AI-powered medical information platform designed to provide educational health content. The Service uses large language models to generate responses related to symptoms, treatments, medications, and general medical concepts.

MedAnswer AI is not a licensed medical provider. The information provided through this Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may use parts of the Service as a guest without registering. To access full features, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

MedAnswer AI offers the following access tiers:

  • Guest: Limited usage without account creation. Usage is tracked per session.
  • Registered (Free): Enhanced monthly usage allowance with persistent chat history. Requires account creation.
  • Paid (Premium): Unlimited usage with full access to all features. Billed monthly or annually via PayPal.

All paid subscriptions are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Subscription prices are listed at checkout and may be subject to change with prior notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Seek emergency medical care — call emergency services instead
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to diagnose or treat yourself or others based solely on AI-generated responses
  • Harvest, scrape, or systematically collect data from the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Circumvent usage limits through automated tools or multiple accounts
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by MedAnswer AI are produced by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. AI responses are not reviewed by licensed medical professionals in real-time. The platform references reputable sources (WHO, CDC, NIH, MedlinePlus, PubMed, Mayo Clinic, NHS, Cleveland Clinic) but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such references.

You assume full responsibility for how you use any information provided by this Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to MedAnswer AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Your conversation history and content you submit remain your own. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedAnswer AI and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any reliance on AI-generated medical information
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedAnswer AI and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including an AI provider (for generating responses), PayPal (payments), and Google Fonts. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
